Easy recipes are my jam, and should be yours, too! This recipe can easily be adapted to whatever you have on hand, swapping different sugars, beans, fats, and more. You will need a good blender or food processor.
1 can black beans (or 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 cups)
2 flax eggs (2 tbsp ground flax, 5 tbsp water)
3 heaping tbsps PB
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4-1/2 cup maple syrup (depending on your sweetness preference)
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Blend in a food processor or high powered blender then bake at 350° for around 20-25 minutes. Top with whatever you want - nuts, chocolate chips, sprinkles!
